Trademarks:

Procedures of Registering Trademark:
•  Phase of Application Deposit:
•  Introducing an application to register the Trademark, enclosed with the following:
•  A registration application for each Trademark of the property's or his agent for one or more type of the products or services. The applications should be multiplied upon the multiplication of the types that need their marks to be registered. The picture of the mark, requires to be registered, should be stuck on the specified space on the application.
•  A declaration of the company that owns the Trademark, of depositing the document of official authorization accredited by Egyptian Consulate in the country of the applicant during 6 months from the date of depositing the application.
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (notified at the notary ) if it is an Egyptian company (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Trademark registration application).
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (accredited by Egyptian Consulate) if it is a foreign company (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Trademark registration application).
•  A photocopy of the Trade Register of the company, coordination contract or Trade license (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Trademark registration application).
•  10 copies of the Trademark that requires to be registered.
•  Phase of Application Verifying:

The application will be verified if it has all what the system and its executive regulations require. In case of accepting registration of the Trademark, fees of publishing the mark at the Marks Official Newspaper, should be paid.

•  Phase of Trademark Registering :

After sixty days of publishing the Trademark at the Trademarks Official Newspaper, and no one objected to the Trademarks Office at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, we will pay the stated fees of the final registration, to register the mark at the Trademarks record, and

give the Trademark property's the final registration certificate.

 

Procedures of Registering Industrial Designs:

•  Phase of Application Deposit:
•  Introducing an application to register the Industrial Designs, enclosed with the following:
•  A registration application for each Industrial Designs of the property's or his agent. Four pictures of the Industrial Designs, requires to be registered, should be stuck on the specified space on the application and attachments.
•  A declaration, from the company that owns the Industrial Designs, of depositing the document of official authorization accredited by Egyptian Consulate in the country of the applicant during 6 months from the date of depositing the application.
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (notified at the notary ) if it is an Egyptian company (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Trademark registration application).
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (accredited by Egyptian Consulate) if it is a foreign company (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Trademark registration application).
•  A photocopy of the Trade Register of the company, coordination contract or Trade license (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the Industrial Designs registration application).
•  10 copies of the Industrial Designs that requires to be registered.
•  Phase of Application Verifying :

The application will be verified if it has all what the system and its executive regulations require. In case of accepting registration of the Industrial Designs, fees of publishing the pattern at the Patterns Official Newspaper, should be paid.

•  Phase of Industrial Designs Registering :

After sixty days of publishing the Industrial Designs at the Design Official Newspaper, and no one objected to the Design Office at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, we will pay the stated fees of the final registration, to register the Pattern at the Design Record, and give the Industrial Designs property's the final registration certificate.

 

Procedures of patent obtaining:

•  Phase of depositing patent application/ utility model.
•  introducing an application of obtaining the patent or utility model.
•  Brief description of the patent in Arabic.
•  Brief description of the patent in English.
•  Detailed description of the invention or utility model which includes:

4-1 previous art.
4-2 the problem or the inefficiency at previous art.
4-3 innovation at the invention/ utility model.
4-4 detailed description of the invention/ utility model.
4-5 method of utilizing invention/ utility model.
4-6 new elements that need to be protected of the invention/ utility model.
4-7 explaining of Design of the invention/ utility model.
4-8 index of the applications that introduced abroad concerning the invention/ utility model.

5-1 A declaration, from the company asking for the patent , of depositing the document of official authorization accredited by Egyptian Consulate in the country of the applicant during 6 months from the date of depositing the application.
5-2 Waive of the patent by the inventor to the company that asks for registration. This waive should be accredited by the Egyptian Consulate at the country of the person who asks for registration during 6 months from the date of depositing the application.
5-3 Power of Attorney from the company to Mohammed Abdel-Aal Abdel-Aleem (accredited by Public Notary) if the company was Egyptian (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the registration application of the patent).
5-4 Power of Attorney from the company to Mohammed Abdel-Aal Abdel-Aleem (accredited from Egyptian Embassy) if the company was Foreign ( that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the registration application of the pattern).
5-5 Official Copy of the Trade Register of the company or the cooperation contract or commercial license.

•  Phase of investigating the patent application:

The application should be completed according to the system and its executive regulations which should be:
•  The invention should be new (innovation condition).
•  It should has creative step.
•  It should be applicable.

In case of accepting the patent registration, fees of publishing the patent, at the patents official newspaper, should be paid.

•  Phase of the patent application registration:

After sixty days of publishing the patent at the Patent Official Newspaper, and no one objected to the Patents Office at the Scientific Research Academy, we will pay the stated fees of the final registration, to register the Patent at the Patents Record, and give the Patent property's the final registration certificate.

Procedures of Copy rights registration:
•  Phase of depositing the application
•  Introducing a registration application , enclosed with the following:
•  A registration application to have the writing right from the property's or his agent.
•  A declaration, from the company's agent that owns the compiled work, of depositing the document of official authorization accredited by Egyptian Consulate in the country of the applicant during 6 months from the date of depositing the application.
•  Waive of the compiled work from the author to the company, asking for registration, accredited by Egyptian Consulate at the country of the person who asks for registration during 6 months of the date of depositing the application.
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (notified at the Public Notary ) if it is an Egyptian company.
•  Official authorization from the company to Mohammed Abd-Elaal Abd-Elaleem (accredited by Egyptian Consulate) if it is a foreign company.
•  A photocopy of the Trade Register of the company, coordination contract or Trade license (that can be deposited during six months from the date of depositing the compiled work registration application).
•  4 copies of the compiled work that requires to be registered.
•  Phase of Application Verifying :

The application will be verified if it has all what the system and its executive regulations require. In case of accepting the registration application, the demander will be given official copy of the compiled work signed and sealed.
